In 2025, all employees of SLon focused on their core responsibilities and coordinated various production and operation tasks to successfully complete the annual goals and deliver a solid report card of high-quality development.

This year, we focused on our goals and concentrated our efforts on overcoming challenges, achieving a leap forward in our capital layout. Closely centering on the core objectives of listing and restructuring and asset injection, we coordinated and promoted various key tasks, successfully completed the asset transfer of the listing and restructuring, and smoothly injected the assets into the listed company platform (A-share code 600397), opening up a new chapter for the company’s leapfrog development.

This year, we have deepened our market penetration and boldly explored new avenues, continuously expanding our marketing footprint. Adhering to a customer-centric approach, we have focused on the domestic market while seizing opportunities in overseas markets. We achieved new breakthroughs in key regions and core areas, and benchmark projects were successfully implemented. Our EPC projects achieved a significant breakthrough, and our products and services gained widespread recognition from clients both domestically and internationally, steadily increasing our brand influence.

This year, we maintained a steady focus on production and strict adherence to safety, resulting in a steady improvement in operational efficiency. We optimized production organization and resource allocation, revitalized existing resources, and achieved a double improvement in on-time delivery rate and equipment availability rate. We strengthened safety and environmental protection responsibilities, conducted routine hazard inspections, carried out training and drills, and built a solid safety defense line to ensure safe and stable production and operation.

This year, driven by innovation and overcoming challenges, our core strength has continued to grow. We have consistently prioritized technological innovation as the core engine of our company’s development, increasing R&D investment and focusing on tackling key technologies in magnetic separation equipment. A number of new products have been successfully developed, and existing products have been upgraded. New breakthroughs have been achieved in core technologies, creating greater benefits and value for our customers. We achieved a breakthrough in national-level scientific research projects, were approved as a “Jiangxi Provincial Postdoctoral Innovation Station,” and received numerous science and technology awards, demonstrating our strong technological capabilities.

This year, we refined our management, stimulated vitality, and continuously optimized corporate governance. We deepened internal management reforms, broke down egalitarian assessment barriers, and inspired the enthusiasm of all employees to work hard and innovate; we strengthened cost, quality, and accounts receivable management, achieving significant results in cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The level of refinement and standardization in corporate management continued to improve, laying a solid management foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
