Project construction was in full swing. The east-side expansion of Factory No. 1 in the first phase of the project was completed ahead of schedule, and the second phase of the project was completed and put into use as scheduled. The path to market is clarified. The selection and recruitment of underwriting sponsors, auditors, law firms and other institutions were completed. Business and financial rectifications were advanced as scheduled. The work of the party and the masses has been consolidated. The creation of the “Red Collar Innovation, Shining Golden Ring” party building brand has achieved initial results. The results of co-construction and sharing were obvious. The per capita income of on-the-job employees increased by 6%, and corporate annuity coverage reached 95%.
Li Zeping put forward five requirements to build a solid foundation for party building, consolidate the battle fortress, and increase development momentum with stronger party building: First, we must firmly grasp the political direction, conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech during his inspection of Jiangxi.
