From October 21st to 23rd, the 12th International Mining and Resources Conference (IMARC), hosted by the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, opened grandly at the Sydney International Convention Centre. This mining event, with its impressive lineup, is igniting global enthusiasm for technology.
As a core platform for global mining innovation and collaboration, IMARC has become a key link between the Asia-Pacific mining market and global technology capital. This year’s exhibition, themed “Intelligently Embarking on a New Journey, Building New Glory for the Mining Industry” and “Green Transformation, Digital Empowerment, A New Future for Global Mining,” focused on cutting-edge areas such as green mining technology, intelligent mining equipment, and low-carbon energy applications, building a bridge for international collaboration in global mining resource development, technological innovation, and sustainable development.

Its flagship SLon-8000 Vertical Ring Pulsating High Gradient Magnetic Separator(VPHGMS) integrates innovative magnetic system optimization, adaptive magnetic field regulation, “dual-circulation” high-efficiency cooling, and intelligent operation and maintenance, successfully addressing the challenges of efficient separation and recovery of wide-fraction, ultra-fine, weakly magnetic minerals. For ultra-fine materials below -400 mesh, which are difficult to process, SLon also launched the SJ energy-saving High Extraction Magnetic Filter(HEMF). While doubling processing capacity and significantly improving collection efficiency, it also significantly reduces unit processing energy consumption by over 50%, providing the industry with a new solution that combines superior performance with extreme energy efficiency. Other new products, including the WCT inward-looking permanent magnet separator and the IXS-X36 intelligent separator, attracted both fans and orders, drawing widespread praise from attendees in both Chinese and English.
