Product Description:

It’s suitable for the pre-selection of minerals such as vanadium-titanium magnetite, mixed iron ore, beach sand, quartz sand, and coarse-grained mineral sand. It can also be used for iron removal from non-metallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar, and kaolin.

How does it work?

After the material to be selected enters the feeding box, it is fed into the separation cylinder from the feed trough. When the separation cylinder rotates in a separation space with a non-uniform magnetic field generated by a fixed magnetic system, the mags in the material are attracted to the inner wall of the separation cylinder or the magnetic matrix by the combined action of magnetic force and gravity, and rotate with the separation cylinder. When the separation cylinder rotates to the top non-magnetic zone, the magnetic minerals are discharged into the concentrate trough by their own gravity and the washing action of the water flow from the water spray pipe, and then flow into the concentrate discharge box for discharge. The non-magnetic materials flow directly into the tailings discharge box along the inner wall of the separation cylinder, thus realizing the separation of mags and non-mags.
