It is mainly composed of roller mechanism, frame, gear box, and other components. Inside the roller through which the material flows, a semicircular magnetic system capable of generating a strong magnetic field is designed. When the material flows through this magnetic field area, magnetic minerals are captured by the strong magnetic force and adsorbed onto the roller of the semicircular magnetic system. As the magnetic minerals are carried to the lower non-magnetic zone, they fall into the concentrate outlet under the action of gravity and centrifugal force and are discharged. Meanwhile, non-magnetic ores are discharged from the tailings outlet under the action of gravity.
